SCCP submissions without sufficient motivation may be rejected outright.-->\n<p>The cap decrease is in preparation of the deployment of the wrappr contract <a href=\"https://sips.synthetix.io/sips/sip-112\">SIP-112</a> which is expected to increase the supply of sETH.
