SCCP submissions without sufficient motivation may be rejected outright.-->\n<p>The DAI wrappr, which currently holds 30 million DAI, needs to be unwound as per <a href=\"https://sips.synthetix.io/sccp/sccp-150/\">SCCP-150</a>.
