Lowering the <code>issuanceRatio</code> to 1 wei would effectively disable ability of stakers to borrow sUSD against deposited SNX.\nThe <code>minimumStakeTime</code> is the minimum amount of time that should elapse after staking, in order to be able to exit the system.
