It should clearly explain why the existing variable is not incentive aligned. SCCP submissions without sufficient motivation may be rejected outright.-->\n<p>As per <a href=\"https://gov.kwenta.eth.limo/kips/kip-095/\">KIP-95</a>, Kwenta will directly bootstrap the Kwenta Pool, with the SNX earned through the Synthetix Volume Source Fee Program participation.
